    FURIA: “That happened is because the NA scene is dead pretty much”

    Right after they claimed a spot at the Stockholm Major and ahead of their big clash with paiN, we got to talk to VINI from FURIA all about the North American scene, their rivalry with Team Liquid, and which teams he sees as coming up through the ranks.

    ENCE: “We are very satisfied with the results, but we want more”

    ENCE have begun to prove themselves as a top team and are making waves in the playoffs of back-to-back tournaments. Josh talks to them about their recent results, the 53 round game against OG, and how prepared they feel to go up against G2 tomorrow.

    Astralis: “Everyone was just so tired and we were making stupid mistakes”

    Josh got to sit down with the guys from Astralis and ask them questions. They talked about Lucky's rise and if he has proved his doubters wrong, their twin loses to Vitality at BLAST, and the meta-changing update of grenade dropping.

    Movistar: “We take these games the same as we did the other ones”

    Everyone was a little shocked to see Movistar Riders make it this far, but now they have momentum behind them. We talk to mopoz, dav1g, and bladE about these unexpected results, the upcoming Major, and what it would mean to them and the organisation to qualify for it.

    IEM Fall 2021 – North America Group B Preview

    IEM Fall: North America starts today! On the line are five spots at the PGL Stockholm Major, and a chance to play on LAN against international opposition.

    CPH Flames: “I think that the tier-two scene is getting stronger every single day”

    Possibility the biggest surprise of IEM Fall, Copenhagen Flames, took some time to talk to us ahead of their playoffs run about how the tier-two scene differs from tier-one, their meteoric rise in this tournament, and the positive effect pita has had on the team.

    NiP: “I only care about us and if we qualify or not”

    They have secured their spot at the Stockholm Major and get a chance to raise the trophy in their home country, we talk to device, LNZ, and REZ from Ninjas in Pyjamas about the upcoming Major and the playoffs teams here at IEM Fall.

    G2: “Going into the playoffs we will feel much more comfortable playing”

    We don't know if they will be in the Legends Stage or not, but we know that the guys from G2 Esports will for sure be at the Stockholm Major later this year. We chat to nexa and NiKo and the return to LAN, and their expectations heading into playoffs and for the Major itself.

    Fiend: “We came here without huge expectations, we were underdogs”

    Ahead of their playoff match against Astralis, Team Fiend took some time to talk to the journalists about their performance so far in the tournament, their preparations for the best-of-three playoffs, and the pressure of possibly clinching a Major spot.

    FaZe: “We have a second chance now and whatever happens, happens”

    After some disappointing results, FaZe Clan have a second chance to qualify for the Stockholm Major, depending on their results in the upcoming matches. We talk to karrigan all about their results in the Group Stages, the format of IEM Fall, and the mentality of FaZe coming into the important matches for the Major spot.
