Get ready for some high-octane action as the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) heads to London, England for Major 2 of Season 13! This prestigious event, taking place at the Copper Box Arena from June 20th to 23rd, will see the best Rocket League teams from around the world battle it out for glory.
Format
The opening stage will be played as a Swiss Format. This means that teams are matched based on their win-loss performance so far in the stage. Teams that are 1-0 will face other teams that are 1-0, while teams that are 0-1 will only face other teams that are 0-1.
It takes three wins to advance on to the playoffs, but conversely if you lose three matches you will be eliminated form the tournament. The top eight teams from the Swiss Format will go to the playoffs and the bottom eight will be sent home.
The playoffs will be played in a single-elimination bracket, with every game being a best-of-seven series (BO7).
Prize Pool
The $255,000 USD prize pool will be distributed a follows:
- 🥇1st:$75,000 and 40 RLCS Points
- 🥈2nd: $45,000 and 32 RLCS Points
- 🥉3rd/4th: $27,000 and 24 RLCS Points
- 5th-8th: $12,000 and 16 RLCS Points
- 9th-11th: $6,000 and 10 RLCS Points
- 12th-14th: $3,600 and 7 RLCS Points
- 15th-16th: $2,100 and 5 RLCS Points
