Season 4 of Pokémon Legends: Z-A Ranked Battles is officially underway, giving Trainers another chance to face real opponents, climb the competitive ladder, and earn rare, high-value items you won’t find anywhere else.

The season runs December 17, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. PST through January 7, 2026, at 5:59 p.m. PST, so the competition window is tight—every battle counts.

Season 4 offers four extremely rare rewards for competitive climbers:

• Baxcalibrite — awarded to Trainers who reach Rank S, unlocking Mega Baxcalibur.
• Chesnaughtite — awarded to Trainers who reach Rank U, unlocking Mega Chesnaught.
• Delphoxite — awarded again this season to Trainers who hit Rank W, unlocking Mega Delphox.
• Greninjite — awarded again this season to Trainers who hit Rank Y, unlocking Mega Greninja.

How to Participate

To start a Ranked Battle, follow these steps:

1. Launch your Pokémon Legends: Z-A game.
2. Press the X Button to open the main menu.
3. Select Link Play.
4. Select Ranked Battles.

You will need to finish at least one match with a win or loss during Season 2 to be eligible for season rewards at the end of the season. To receive your in-game season rewards, follow these steps:

1. After the season has ended, launch your Pokémon Legends: Z-A game. 
2. Press the X Button to open the main menu.
3. Select Link Play.
4. Select Ranked Battles.
