The first-ever gamescom latam has concluded with remarkable success, attracting over 100,000 visitors from more than 70 countries. Held from Wednesday to Sunday, this event filled the pavilions, with Saturday and Sunday tickets sold out. Looking ahead, gamescom latam will double its size in 2025, scheduled for April 30 to May 4 at the Anhembi Convention Center.
Exceeding Expectations
Gustavo Steinberg, CEO of gamescom latam, expressed his excitement about the event’s success.
“gamescom latam showed the importance and greatness of the gaming industry on the continent. We doubled the number of visitors compared to last year’s BIG Festival. For 2025, we anticipate even higher numbers.”

The event featured 124 exhibitors and co-exhibitors from 66 countries, including big names like Atari, Bandai Namco, Epic Games, and Ubisoft. The event also served as a significant business hub, with nearly 2,000 professionals from 66 countries representing 1,020 companies. A total of 11,982 meetings were requested, with over $200 million in new business prospects expected.
