Get ready for an exhilarating experience as the ICC Sydney opens its doors from October 20th to 22nd, marking a highly anticipated reunion after a long-awaited four years. Whether you’ll be joining us in person or cheering from the comfort of your home, it’s time to rejoice and celebrate the triumphant return of IEM Sydney for 2023.

The upcoming event will mark the fourth installment in the prestigious IEM Sydney series, following a hiatus since 2019. The previous edition witnessed a thrilling showdown in the grand final, with Team Liquid emerging victorious in a hard-fought 3-2 battle against Fnatic. Additionally, 2019 treated fans to an exciting exhibition match called “The Caches,” featuring a clash between Team Australia, featuring the beloved DickStacy, and Team England, which included the Kiwi player turned English representative, Gratisfaction.

The demand for tickets to the IEM Sydney event was nothing short of extraordinary, as both the premium and GA plus tickets were snatched up within a matter of hours after the website opened for sales.

While the official list of participating teams for the upcoming event is yet to be confirmed, here is an indicative list of teams that could potentially make an appearance:

  • 6x ESL Partner Teams
  • 4x ESL World Ranking Invites
  • Winner of European Qualifier
  • Runner-Up of European Qualifier
